Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, facilitation, and continuous improvement of instructor-led, virtual, live, blended, and digital learning programs.
- Support national meetings, workshops, onboarding programs, and other business events requiring learning expertise.
- Ensure training programs are delivered on time and meet quality and business requirements.
- Develop post-training evaluation tools and partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the curriculum.
- Maintain role-based learning journeys for new hires, experienced field representatives, and Senior Directors.
- Partner with Market Access/Strategic Accounts stakeholders (e.g., Health Systems Directors, Alternative Site of Care Team, Federal Reimbursement Directors/Managers, Federal/National/Regional Account Leads, Marketing, and leadership) to ensure content alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Partner with field trainers/facilitators to ensure consistent delivery across new-hire cohorts.
- Lead relationships with external learning vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
- Manage review/approval of training materials to ensure regulatory, legal, and medical compliance.
- Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate AI-enabled authoring, practice, coaching, and assessment tools.
- Use learning analytics and performance data to identify capability gaps and drive targeted interventions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Required: knowledge of the payer and reimbursement landscape.
- Preferred: knowledge of Strategic Accounts; experience in Commercial Strategic Accounts or Market Access; experience supporting Market Access/Strategic Accounts/reimbursement or related customer-facing teams.
- Required: 7–8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Required: 5–6+ years training experience in a headquarters role or as a field trainer.
- Experience supporting product launches/major commercial initiatives.
- Demonstrated project management and process-improvement skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: adult-learning principles; strong presentation/facilitation; advanced Microsoft PowerPoint/Word/Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
