Sr. Manager, Information Technology

Role: Lead the management and strategic evolution of Acadia’s commercial Veeva platform ecosystem, including Vault CRM, MedComms, and PromoMats, supporting Field, Medical Affairs, and Home Office teams. Responsibilities encompass partner stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into technical solutions, overseeing platform lifecycle, and ensuring operational excellence. Act as the primary subject matter expert, administering platform configurations, managing vendors, leading implementation and enhancement projects, and ensuring compliance in a GxP-regulated environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field, 7+ years of hands-on Veeva platform experience, relevant certifications, and experience in biotech/pharma settings. Preferred skills involve strong analytical, stakeholder management, project execution, and AI-driven process improvement. The role involves hybrid work in San Diego or San Francisco, requiring ~3 days/week onsite, with domestic and international travel as needed. High-value biopharma specifics include supporting commercial content and medical workflows within regulated pharmaceutical environments.
