Sr Manager, Information Architecture

Role: Senior Manager of IMSC Information Architecture Delivery within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, focusing on establishing strategic data capabilities. Responsibilities: lead the design and implementation of FAIR and AI-ready data assets across master, transactional, operational, and analytical domains; develop semantic models, taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs; ensure data assets reflect shared business meanings, are discoverable, governed, and aligned with architecture standards; collaborate with Data Owners, Governance, Operations, and Technology teams to embed standards and develop the business context layer supporting AI and analytics. Requirements: extensive experience in data and information architecture within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments; deep knowledge of FAIR principles, semantic modelling, ontologies, and data management tools/platforms like Alation, Databricks, Neo4j, TopBraid; proven ability to translate business needs into reusable data structures; familiarity with industry standards (ISO, IDMP), data governance, and AI-enabled workflows; strong stakeholder engagement skills across global teams.
