Sr. Manager, Immunology Training Specialist

Role: Senior Manager, Immunology Training Specialist, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs for Incyte’s Dermatology sales force, including new hire onboarding, product launches, and ongoing skill development. Responsibilities: design and facilitate live and virtual training sessions, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Sales), manage training content through review processes, and coach field representatives and Therapeutic Specialists. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proven training or sales experience in dermatology or biopharma preferred; high proficiency with MS Office, Webex, LMS; ability to travel 50-75%; excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and project management skills; professional demeanor and adaptability.
