Sr. Manager, Global Enterprise Security

Role: Sr. Manager, Global Enterprise Security, providing security support for all Plasma division operations, offices, labs, and facilities. Responsibilities include developing and managing security policies, standards, assessments, crisis management, threat awareness training, and security incident investigations across US and international sites. Manages contract security personnel and implements advanced security technologies and procedures to protect personnel, assets, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Develops risk assessments, oversees emergency response, and leads continuous security improvements using KPIs and benchmarking. Coordinates with law enforcement and regulatory agencies, conducts investigations, and maintains 24/7 on-call readiness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Homeland Security, Security Management, or related field; 10+ years’ law enforcement or military experience; 5+ years of team leadership; proficiency in security risk management, crisis management, and security operations, preferably in a retail or public-facing environment. Preferred: Knowledge of security best practices, de-escalation, workplace violence investigations, and regulatory compliance.
