Sr Manager, FOCUS

Role: Senior Manager, FOCUS—field-based position supporting statewide efforts to improve routine HIV, HCV, and HBV screening and linkage to care in the US, primarily Florida. Responsibilities: oversee program implementation at partner sites, facilitate relationships with community stakeholders and policymakers, monitor data quality, and guide quality improvement initiatives; support government collaboration, proposal development, and partnership onboarding; promote health equity and address barriers to care; and advance implementation science strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or Ph.D.; relevant experience in healthcare, public health, or policy; familiarity with implementation science, data systems, and program evaluation; strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; and willingness to travel (~25%) within Florida and occasionally US-wide. Preferred: advanced scientific degree, experience with electronic health records and multi-site collaborations, and a background in public health policy.
