Role Summary

Sr. Manager β€šΓ„Γ¬ External Manufacturing Support Team Data & Analytics, located in New Brunswick, NJ and Malvern, PA. Reports to lead EMST Data & Analytics with focus on ensuring supply chain continuity and correlating external manufacturing risk assessments with internal operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive visibility through data to achieve zero business interruptions due to unplanned Facilities and Utilities related events.
  • Establish a process excellence framework for 150+ CMOs to be assessed bi-annually, defining and governing key deliverables and risk outcomes.
  • Research, define and deploy software and database systems to digitize governance and data analytics.
  • Embed End to End governance to monitor performance and risk of the CMO network regarding facilities reliability and compliance.
  • Use performance metrics and analytics to evaluate successes and identify improvements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform decision-making and adapt strategies for portfolio performance.
  • Develop a Regulatory and Compliance search engine to connect risks found in CMO assessments to published non-conformances.
  • Share risks and market intelligence with QA, GET, FM COE, E&D, and IM PM Technical Support Group.

Cross-Functional Collaboration And Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with E&PS functions, IM partners, QA, EHS, and related teams to maximize value of standardized processes and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, sites, and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree required.
  • Minimum 8+ years in a business/pharmaceutical environment (manufacturing/technical/supply chain).
  • Experience with Program, Portfolio, Project and Financial Management.
  • Experience in Process/Business Excellence and Data/Business analytics.
  • Ability to synthesize business needs, manufacturing requirements, engineering elements, and technology inputs into data-driven solutions.
  • Capaity to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in a high-profile environment.
  • Resource prioritization and capacity planning experience.
  • Strong interest in data analytics and performance management; collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships in a matrixed organization and lead strategy execution and business transformation.
  • Organizational change experience.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies; experience with data mining/tabulation systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Experience building or integrating enterprise search engines for regulatory and assessment intelligence.
  • Travel: minimum 25% domestic and international travel.
