Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or Master's Degree with 6+ years in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in large language models, retrieval systems, Python, cloud AI platforms (AWS), data engineering, and delivering solutions in regulated industries such as biotech or pharma. Preferred skills include expertise in MLOps, model governance, handling sensitive enterprise data, and knowledge of regulated workflows. The position is based in Foster City, CA, with a hybrid work setup, and involves stakeholder engagement across HR, Compliance, and Legal to enable AI-driven insights and automation in a highly regulated environment.
