About This Role
The Sr Manager, Country & Site Operations (CSO) Business and Process Lead drives business processes, governance, and operational improvements to enable CSO strategic priorities. Partner with CSO leadership and stakeholders to translate strategy into execution through resource planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional initiative leadership.

What Youโ€™ll Do
- Lead development and continuous improvement of CSO business processes, governance, and operational infrastructure
- Translate priorities into execution plans; track outcomes, risks, and delivery
- Drive initiatives across country delivery, site engagement, monitoring oversight, and continuous improvement
- Synthesize insights/data into actionable recommendations
- Lead resource planning, forecasting, and tracking across CSO sub-functions
- Develop dashboards and executive-ready reports on performance, capacity, and priorities
- Serve as Sub-Process Owner for key CSO processes (governance/compliance)
- Support process and system enhancements to improve execution and scalability
- Strengthen onboarding, knowledge sharing, and ways of working across CSO

Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in a scientific discipline
- 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in clinical/country-site/business operations in drug development
- Proven ability to lead complex business processes and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Strong project/change management; manage multiple priorities independently
- Demonstrated business process improvement and operational delivery experience
- Solid business/financial acumen (resource planning, budgeting, business cases, trade-off evaluation)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation; influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity; translate strategy into scalable solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Planisware, Clarity, Veeva, RBQM, Smartsheet)
- Passion for clinical development, site-centric execution, and continuous improvement
