Sr. Manager CRM Field Operations

Role: Senior Manager, CRM Operations & Field Enablement, overseeing the operational management of CRM systems for US Oncology to enhance field effectiveness and commercial execution. Responsibilities: manage daily CRM operations, monitor performance, support launches and campaigns, lead system enhancements, ensure user adoption, and serve as primary liaison for field teams. Collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Sales, and vendors to align CRM capabilities with business needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 1+ years of experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), including system integrations and adoption; strong understanding of sales workflows and customer success. Preferred: 5+ years CRM experience, advanced degree, and pharma industry background. High-Value: focus on omnichannel engagement, large-scale CRM implementations, and operational support within the US Oncology therapeutic area. Work setup: in-office at least three days per week, with flexible arrangements; no travel specified.
