Role: Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance Engagement & Learning, leading global compliance training strategy, curriculum development, and communication initiatives within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: oversee the design, development, and delivery of multi-format compliance training; establish governance and role-based pathways aligned with regulatory and organizational risks; lead global compliance communications and awareness campaigns; evaluate program effectiveness through data analytics and continuous improvement; serve as the US Content Development Center of Excellence for instructional design. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7-10 years in compliance learning, instructional design, or related fields; experience developing enterprise-wide learning strategies, managing cross-functional programs, and utilizing learning technology platforms; preferably experience in regulated industries such as biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
