Sr. Manager, Compliance Operations

Role: Senior Manager, Compliance Operations at a fully remote biopharma focused on hypertension and related conditions, primarily overseeing compliance program execution. Responsibilities: manage aggregate spend and transparency reporting systems ensuring federal and state law compliance; oversee external funding requests and sample accountability in line with PDMA; develop policies, SOPs, and training aligned with industry regulations; identify compliance risks and provide practical guidance; support special projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in healthcare/pharma compliance, including 2+ years with transparency/aggregate spend; experience with third-party funding and aggregate spend platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Concur); familiarity with PDMA sampling requirements; proficiency in compliance training and LMS. HighValue: deep knowledge of Sunshine Act/Open Payments, state transfer of value laws, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code; strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
