Role Summary
Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Capability Transformation – Global Commercial Pompe & Fabry (US). Build and deliver high-impact, compliant learning solutions that drive field performance and patient impact.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary learning partner to the U.S. Pompe & Fabry business; translate brand strategy, POA priorities, field needs, and performance insights into capability plans.
- Create role-based capability journeys (scientific fluency, customer engagement & selling excellence, competitive readiness, launch readiness, digital enablement).
- Own end-to-end onboarding for the U.S. commercial organization; design structured, compliant onboarding to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Design and deliver learning across live, virtual, workshops/simulations, and digital/on-demand formats.
- Lead product & disease training, new-hire onboarding and launch readiness, POA learning, and ongoing capability development (reinforcement, coaching, microlearning, performance support).
- Ensure compliance and inspection readiness (partner on content approvals, maintain compliant records, track required training).
- Drive innovation and modern learning (AI-enabled coaching/simulations, microlearning, in-the-flow enablement) while maintaining validation/compliance.
- Define and track business-impact metrics; communicate impact to senior stakeholders.
- Build U.S. programs with global scalability; partner with global colleagues; collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and Field Leadership.
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years in Commercial Learning & Development, Sales Training, Commercial Enablement, or related commercial capability role.
- Rare disease biopharma experience strongly preferred.

- Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale learning programs.
- Strong understanding of compliance/regulatory environments.
- Growth mindset; passion for innovation (including AI tools).
- Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management.
