Sr. Manager, COE SAP Technical Authority

Role: Serve as SAP COE Solution Architect, providing technical authority for SAP system design across Material, Inventory, and Order-to-Cash processes within a biopharma manufacturing and supply chain environment. Responsibilities: translate business needs into scalable, compliant SAP solutions; act as liaison between business process owners and SAP operations; ensure system architecture coherence, governance, and risk mitigation; enable integration with Moderna’s SAP S/4HANA, MDG, IBP, and Veeva ecosystem; drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex strategies to executive management. Qualifications: BA/BS in supply chain, engineering, or related field; 5+ years (BA/BS) or 3+ years (MS) experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or project management, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and data management; relevant certifications preferred. High-Value: enterprise SAP architecture in a life sciences context, with focus on supply chain processes, GxP and SOX compliance, and integration with clinical and manufacturing systems; strong governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
