What Youโ€™ll Do
- Support site-level strategy development, planning, and prioritization with leadership.
- Translate strategic priorities into operating plans, timelines, and leadership materials.
- Coordinate planning and delivery of key West Coast Hub (WCH) Development and site forums (e.g., all-hands, on-sites, R&D learning sessions).
- Track progress across priorities; surface risks, dependencies, and key decisions for leadership visibility.
- Support change management (communications and adoption activities).
- Execute business operations initiatives aligned with Development and site priorities.
- Drive process improvement/simplification; maintain operating rhythms and planning cadences across teams.
- Develop scalable approaches enabling efficient and compliant execution.
- Support culture and ways-of-working initiatives; partner with HR and site leadership on engagement programs.
- Coordinate logistics for site events and leadership engagements; support external-facing engagements per enterprise guidance.
- Create clear, concise communications materials; support updates, presentations, and initiative storytelling; align with enterprise messaging standards.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (science or related field preferred).
- 5+ years relevant experience in biotech/pharma or related industry.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills (presentations/materials).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to execution.

Preferred
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) or MBA.
- Experience in R&D/Development or scientific organizations.
- Exposure to strategy, operations, or project management.
- Experience supporting organizational or change initiatives.
