Sr. Manager, Business Process Lead - Tax

Role: Senior Business Process Lead for Tax at Gilead, responsible for designing scalable, auditable Excel-based tax processes that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Responsibilities include partnering with tax SMEs across international, federal, and state/local domains to analyze current processes, develop future-state workflows, document controls, and ensure compliance with SOX standards. Requirements: 8+ years supporting tax, finance, or audit functions with a strong understanding of data structures; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Teams, and ideally SAP, OneSource, Power Query.
