Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain models and analytics that inform primary care commercial planning, brand strategy, and potential indication expansion into additional dermatology markets.
- Turn analysis into executive-ready slides, owning the storytelling and the build.
- Develop patient, prescriber, and market models that hold up to scrutiny and drive planning assumptions.
- Manage occasional market research studies through vendors (secondary/light responsibility).
- Deliver insights shaping analytics, modeling and forecasting assumptions, resourcing, and go-to-market decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, market access, and finance to pressure-test and land recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics, insights, or forecasting (dermatology or immunology strongly preferred; primary care exposure is a plus).
- Consulting or vendor-side pedigree (e.g., ZS, IQVIA) valued; ability to build models independently from day one.
Preferred Skills/Tools
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and statistical/forecasting platforms such as R or Python.
- Experience with pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva, claims/prescription datasets); hands-on advanced analytics, forecasting, and modeling.
- Strong PowerPoint slide craft (build board-ready decks without handing off).
- Experience scoping/managing market research vendors.
- Comfort in a fast-moving commercial-stage environment with limited hand-holding.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, pressure-test assumptions, and translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
