Role Summary

Senior Manager Biosimilars In-Line Management โ€šร„รฎ oversee data-driven decision-making and commercial performance for biosimilar therapies within the In-Line portfolio. Lead cross-functional analysis, insights delivery, and strategic recommendation to support marketing, sales, and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Tracking & Monitoring: summarize key findings from regular performance reports and KPIs for biosimilar products in the in-line portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure dashboards and reports provide transparency into sales performance, market share, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics & Insights to align on and deliver key insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver in-depth market, competitor, and payer analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate complex analytics into recommendations supporting marketing, sales, and pricing strategies.
  • Support the development of volume and revenue forecasts and performance projections.
  • Partner with Forecasting and Finance to evaluate performance against strategic goals and budgets.
  • Strategic Decision Support: provide analytical support for commercial strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management decisions.
  • Model different market scenarios with cross-functional partners to assess potential outcomes and recommend adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: provide insights to Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to enhance commercial execution and align analytics with regulatory and patient access requirements.
  • Process Optimization: evaluate data management and reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility; implement best practices in performance tracking and predictive analytics.
  • Stakeholder Communication: deliver clear presentations of business insights to senior management and cross-functional partners; provide recommendations for short-term tactics and long-term initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€šร„รดs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business analytics, commercial operations, business performance management, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, preferably oncology and/or biosimilars.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.
