The Sr. Manager/Associate Director Communications and Advocacy for neffy (epinephrine nasal spray) will report to the Senior Director, PR & Advocacy. The successful candidate is responsible for tactical execution relating to managing internal and external communications, and engagement with patient advocacy organizations.
Collaborations may include managing patient and caregiver educational programs, developing materials for media, events, corporate social media, as well as execution of partnerships with patient advocacy groups in collaboration with Senior Director, PR & Advocacy.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or marketing preferred. Advanced degree MS/MBA/MA preferred. 5+ years communications and/or advocacy experience including at least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Detail-oriented, self-initiating, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to prioritize, exhibit sound decision-making, possess learning agility and build strong relationships. Excellent writer, editor, and storyteller; strong verbal communication skills; proven ability drafting key messages, media reports, articles, educational materials, visual presentations, digital communication assets, etc. A strong portfolio and a proven track record of delivering high-quality content in the pharmaceutical industry. A self-starter with strong organization skills who is comfortable with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs, and delivering against them in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A strong, clear, simple and compelling communicator (verbal and written). Highly collaborative with the affinity to build relationships across teams, including vendors, business managers, and external partners. Able to travel up to 15% to attend advocacy meetings and medical conferences. Some weekends may apply.

The full-time salary range for this posted position is $160,000 to $200,000 and may be eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus. Actual pay rates are determined by considering multiple factors including qualifications, relevance of experience, education & credentials, subject matter expertise, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
