Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end call planning build: partner with MABI, set business rules, work with AD/D and stakeholders, manage timelines/requirements, coordinate vendor, and distribute/communicate.
- Own and manage the AI-enabled AlterIgo platform; collaborate with FPAT Center to design/develop franchise-level call plans; optimize/automate to reduce vendor dependence.
- Lead process improvement and technology initiatives with broad commercial impact; communicate/implement changes.
- Act as liaison between Therapeutics Operations and Analytics, Business Technology Solutions, Training, and Franchise teams for field-facing solution design, deployment, training, maintenance, and communications.
- Share cross-franchise best practices; maintain deep knowledge of sales forces, products, market dynamics, call plan strategy, and IC plan; benchmark and apply industry best practices.
- Partner with franchises on TAP configuration/rollout including field training; lead accurate/timely roll-forward execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans (timeline, meetings, SOP); own workload factors for territory alignment/placement.
- Provide analytics/reporting, sales force sizing/structure support, and develop training and communications.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 5+ years analytical experience; strong critical thinking/problem-solving.
- Proficient querying data tables; understand data warehouses; manage/interpret large datasets.
- Data visualization: Javelin, Power BI; programming: SQL and/or Dataiku.
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); strong communication/presentation.

- High autonomy; designs/executes/interprets complex analyses; drives continuous improvement; provides SME guidance to senior leadership.
