Sr. Manager, AI Solutions Expert—Agent Developer

Role: Senior Manager, Agent Developer leading AI agent design, development, and deployment across enterprise workflows. Responsibilities: provide technical leadership, align AI initiatives with business needs, oversee scalable, secure AI systems, and ensure high-performance, ethical AI deployment. Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and cross-functional teams; manage automation workflows, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP); utilize MLOps frameworks; and support operational excellence through KPI development, system monitoring, and agile practices. Drive innovation through technology evaluation, vendor partnerships, and promoting responsible AI practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 6+ years in AI, software, or data development; experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., Langchain), vector databases, embedding models, RAG architecture, and LLM principles; proven leadership in enterprise AI projects; knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies. Preferred: Master’s or PhD in relevant fields; experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare tech; familiarity with GxP, HIPAA, and data privacy regulations.
