What You’ll Do
Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and implement enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) with ServiceNow as a front end.
- Define IAM architecture, standards, and best practices aligned with security and compliance.
- Create solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into SailPoint technical solutions.
Implementation & Integration
- Lead SailPoint implementation projects from design through deployment.
- Design and oversee integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems (Workday, Fieldglass), ERP systems (Oracle), and cloud apps (ServiceNow, Salesforce, O365, etc.).
- Design provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
- Configure access certifications, lifecycle events, role management, policy violations, and segregation of duties (SoD).
Leadership & Governance
- Provide technical leadership to IAM engineers/developers/administrators.
- Conduct architecture and design reviews; establish identity lifecycle governance.
- Lead workshops and requirements gathering; mentor and promote IAM best practices.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GxP and SOX.
- Implement security controls/risk mitigation and support internal/external audits.
Who You Are (Education)
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related; Master’s preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years IT; 6+ years SailPoint; 3+ years as Solution/Lead Architect; experience delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs.
Technical Skills
- SailPoint ISC/IGA, RBAC, access certification & compliance, provisioning & lifecycle management, app onboarding.
- REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP; Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID; Java/BeanShell/SailPoint rule development; Azure/AWS/GCP; ServiceNow integration.
Preferred Certification
- SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer.
