Sr. IT Solution Architect, Access Automation

Role: Solution Architect and Delivery Lead for enterprise-wide IAM solutions at Biogen, focusing on SailPoint platform implementation. Responsibilities include designing IAM architecture, defining standards, leading deployment projects, and integrating with enterprise systems like Active Directory, HR, ERP, and cloud apps. The role ensures security, compliance (GxP, SOX), and audit readiness while providing technical leadership, mentorship, and governance. Collaboration involves cross-functional teams across IT and business units, with stakeholder presentations to senior leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related; 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years specifically in SailPoint IAM; 3+ years in solution or lead architect roles; expertise in IGA, role-based access, provisioning, APIs, and cloud platforms. Preferred: SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer. Location: hybrid (Cambridge, MA or Research Triangle Park, NC), with a 3-day onsite schedule.
