Sr. IT Solution Architect, Access Automation

Role: Solution Architect/Delivery Lead for enterprise-wide IAM solutions using SailPoint platform, focusing on designing, implementing, and governing access management systems. Responsibilities: develop IAM architectures, lead SailPoint deployment, integrate with systems like Active Directory, HR (Workday), ERP (Oracle), and cloud apps (ServiceNow, Salesforce, O365); establish governance and compliance processes for GxP and SOX; provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity; 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years hands-on SailPoint experience; 3+ years in Solution/Lead Architect roles; proficiency in IAM governance, role management, provisioning, APIs (REST, SCIM, LDAP), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and scripting (Java, BeanShell). Preferred: SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer.
