Senior Analyst, Information Technology Operations Management (R&pD-IT)

Responsibilities
- Execute IT operations: system maintenance, patching, monitoring, asset lifecycle management, and service request fulfillment.
- Follow SOPs and operational runbooks; support high availability and reliability.
- Execute/monitor operational controls for system access, asset management, and security compliance; maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence.
- Identify control gaps and support remediation.
- Analyze workflows for inefficiencies; drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities; contribute to SOP updates.
- Collaborate across IT, engineering, security/GRC, business teams; support shared ownership and vendor service delivery.
- Track/report operational metrics (SLAs, uptime, compliance) and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
- Support issue resolution, communications, training, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in IT operations or service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Regulated environment experience (GxP preferred); LabIT experience.
- ServiceNow (or similar) experience.
- Monitoring and endpoint tools familiarity; reporting/analytics experience.
- Basic automation/scripting knowledge preferred.
- Strong IT operations process knowledge (incident, problem, change, asset), analytical/communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, compliance focus; ITIL familiarity.

Location/Work Schedule
- Tarrytown, NY; 4 days onsite per week required.
