Sr Information Technology Operations Analyst

Senior Analyst, Information Technology Operations Management (R&pD-IT)

Where: Tarrytown, NY (4 days onsite per week required)

Responsibilities:
- Execute IT operational processes: system maintenance, patching, monitoring, asset lifecycle management, and service request fulfillment
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational runbooks; support high availability and reliability
- Execute/monitor operational controls for system access, asset management, and security compliance; maintain audit-ready documentation/evidence; identify control gaps and remediate
- Analyze workflows for inefficiencies and automation opportunities; drive continuous improvement; contribute to SOP updates
- Collaborate across IT, engineering, security, and business teams; support shared ownership and handoffs; work with vendors
- Track/report operational metrics (SLAs, uptime, compliance); perform root cause analysis; provide improvement insights
- Support issue resolution, communications, training, and documentation

This role requires:
- 5+ years in IT operations/service delivery; Bachelor’s in IT or related field
- Regulated environment experience (GxP preferred); LabIT experience

Technical skills (preferred):
- ServiceNow (or similar), monitoring/endpoint tools, reporting/analytics; basic automation/scripting
- Strong understanding of incident/problem/change/asset processes; strong communication/analytical skills; detail-oriented and compliance-focused; ITIL familiarity; asset/endpoint management knowledge
