Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for headcount planning, resource allocation, scenario analyses, and business decisions.
- Drive month-end close/reporting: manage accruals/variance analytics and incorporate key business drivers into monthly commentary.
- Identify and communicate key risks, opportunities, and drivers impacting forecasts and budgets.
- Produce accurate, timely management reporting (functional expenses and resource reporting) and ensure adherence to financial controls/accounting/reporting requirements.
- Manage capital projects and operations with business stakeholders, including month-end close and planning activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide comprehensive financial support.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance planning/forecasting/reporting and operational efficiency; document best practices.
- Lead/execute/support ad hoc Finance and business initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years’ experience.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- 5+ years FP&A with increasing scope.
- Month-end close and management reporting experience (e.g., journal entry prep, budget-vs-actuals, CAPEX).
- Budgeting/forecasting across OPEX, headcount, and CAPEX; knowledge of forecasting methods.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SAC-P, Analysis for Office, Tableau.
- Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, business/financial acumen, results orientation, and change leadership.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $109,650.00–$141,900.00; may include discretionary bonus/stock incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
