Sr Field Activation Specialist, HIV Prevention - CA Central Valley

Role: Senior Field Activation Specialist within Gilead's HIV Prevention Team, responsible for representing Gilead's products to healthcare providers in the CA Central Valley, including Sacramento, Fresno, Modesto, and Stockton. Objectives include generating sales, building strategic relationships, and increasing disease awareness. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory business plans; promote Gilead's products and disease state knowledge; collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, Medical, Community Liaisons); ensure compliance with regulatory standards; and foster long-term customer partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with six years or Master’s with four years of healthcare sales experience; ability to travel within the assigned area; valid driver’s license. Preferred: 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales, experience with injectable products, and familiarity with managed care.
