Patient Advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer and direct reports (Business Development & Operations) and the Patient Advocacy Team.
- Manage extensive calendars, meetings, events, agendas, and note-taking.
- Assist with food orders and meeting support.
- Proactively manage calendar requests/conflicts; support senior leaders with meeting context/purpose.
- Arrange domestic/international travel (flights, hotel, car).
- Manage expenses (submit expense reports/receipts timely).
- Support budget/vendor management and Coupa.
- Onboard support for new hires, and onboarding for new vendors/agencies (access, documents/enablement).
- Perform project work as needed; support cardiovascular patient advocacy (meeting planning; PO/invoice processing; grants/sponsorship finances; patient reimbursements; end-to-end grants management; MSAs & contracting).

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- 8+ years administrative assistant experience.
- Strong written/oral communication; ability to multi-task and juggle multiple calendars/teams.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, discretion, confidentiality, judgment, and follow-through.
- High confidentiality/discernment; IT savvy; experience working across management/vendors/customers.
- Occasional travel; proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel).
