Sr. District Manager, Multiple Myeloma - Southwest

Role: Regional Sales Leader for Multiple Myeloma within AbbVie's Oncology division, leading a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) in the Southwest region to drive market share and brand awareness. Responsibilities: develop and coach team members, translate corporate strategies into local execution, serve as product and disease state expert in hematology/oncology, manage key accounts, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7+ years pharma/biotech experience with oncology expertise, preferably in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies; proven track record of top results; leadership skills to motivate and develop teams; business acumen and influence without authority; ability to analyze data, adapt quickly, and operate with agility. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA or similar), prior leadership experience. Work setup: field-based, territory includes Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado; driving required.
