Sr. District Business Manager, Neuroscience - COBENFY - Kansas City-Iowa

Role: Senior District Business Manager in Neuroscience (COBENFY) focused on the Kansas City-Iowa territory, responsible for leading a team to promote adoption of BMS's Psychiatry portfolio and drive demand among healthcare providers. Responsibilities include coaching approximately 10 Therapeutic Area Specialists (TASs) on sales, scientific engagement, digital capabilities, and account planning; developing team skills in scientific agility, customer engagement, and digital tools like CE^3; and executing strategic territory and business planning. The role involves field-based management, including regular field visits, and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, medical, and access teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years industry experience, with at least 5 years in a pharmaceutical sales leadership capacity; knowledge of neuropsychiatry, reimbursement, and access environments; proven leadership, coaching, and business development skills; strong analytical and digital mindset. Preferred: experience in neuroscience, neurodegenerative or neuromuscular conditions, and familiarity with the pharmaceutical value chain.
