Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Executive Recruiting function; partner with Sourcing, Business Leaders, and HRBPs to source/attract top executive talent.
- Set strategic direction for executive recruiting and continuously improve executive COE.
- Lead direct and dotted-line teams; attract, train, and develop executive recruiting professionals.
- Partner with other HR COEs to deliver customized recruitment strategies.
- Manage external executive recruiting search partners.
- Support evolution of Gilead employment brand to target executive candidates.
- Create and drive executive talent pipelines with Inclusion & Diversity COE, Sourcing, HR, and business leaders.
People Leader Accountabilities:
- Create Inclusion; Develop Talent (coaching/feedback); Empower Teams (align goals/purpose, remove barriers, hold to account).
Qualifications:
- Masterβs degree + 12+ years recruiting experience (including people leadership at scale), OR Bachelorβs degree + 14+ years.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- 8+ years leading multifunction/multilocation talent acquisition in a matrixed org (biopharmaceutical preferred); 5+ years executive recruiting (life sciences preferred).
- Global, scaled executive recruiting leadership; strong business partnering; learning agility and emotional intelligence; collegial.
- Knowledge of TA best practices in life sciences/healthcare/biotech; demonstrated diversity recruitment results.
- Experience developing/executing executive recruiting strategies for organizations with 15,000+.
- Strong business acumen; sound independent judgment.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $243,100.00β$314,600.00; may include discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
