Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Executive Recruiting function, partnering with Sourcing, Business Leaders, and HRBPs to source and attract top talent.
- Set strategic direction for executive recruiting; continuously improve to build a best-in-class executive COE.
- Provide leadership to direct and dotted-line reports; attract, train, and develop executive recruiting professionals.
- Partner with other HR COEs to deliver customized recruitment strategies.
- Serve as key global stakeholder manager for external executive recruiting search partners.
- Support development/evolution of the employment brand to target executive candidates.
- Create and drive executive talent pipelines with the Inclusion & Diversity COE, Sourcing, HR, and business leaders.
People Leader Accountabilities:

Basic Qualifications:
- Masterβs degree + 12+ years recruiting experience (including people leadership at scale), OR
- Bachelorβs degree + 14+ years recruiting experience (including people leadership at scale).
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- 8+ years managing multifunction, multilocation talent acquisition in a highly matrixed org (biopharma preferred).
- 5+ years executive recruiting (life sciences preferred) with demonstrated results.
- Executive recruiting leadership at a global company at scale (preferred); strong business partnering, learning agility, emotional intelligence, collegiality.
- Talent Acquisition best practices knowledge (life sciences/healthcare/biotech preferred); diversity recruitment commitment with results.
- Experience building executive recruiting strategies for highly dispersed orgs (15,000+).
- Strong business acumen; judgment and independent action; model leadership and inclusion.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $243,100β$314,600. May be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
