Sr. Director, Oncology and AP, Supply Chain Operations

Role: Senior Director of Oncology & AP Supply Chain Operations, leading end-to-end management of specimen, reagent, and laboratory material logistics supporting Anatomic Pathology, Molecular Diagnostics, and Oncology testing. Responsibilities: develop strategic plans, optimize specimen flow, drive process standardization, oversee operational analytics, support mergers/acquisitions, and lead talent development while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields; 8+ years in laboratory, healthcare, or supply chain operations; 2+ years at the Director level managing cross-functional teams; experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or pathology labs; and proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
