Sr Director, National Accounts

Role: Senior Director, National Accounts, responsible for executing market access strategies within the biopharmaceutical sector, specifically focusing on psychiatric and neurological therapeutics, including psychedelics and CNS products. Responsibilities include managing executive relationships with PBMs and national health plans, developing account-specific access and reimbursement strategies, engaging with payer stakeholders across pharmacy, medical, and policy sectors, and translating clinical and economic evidence into payer discussions. The role also involves account planning, business reviews, market intelligence gathering, and monitoring payer trends and policy changes. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), at least 10 years of experience in market access, payer, or reimbursement roles within biopharma, with a focus on CNS, psychiatry, or behavioral health products preferred. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in formulary management, benefit design, reimbursement strategies, and stakeholder engagement at the national level, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. The position requires travel (~50%) and adherence to compliance standards for payer communications. The role involves engaging key payers such as PBMs and commercial health plans to support the launch and market adoption of innovative psychiatric therapeutics, including psychedelics and related compounds, at a senior strategic level.
