Sr. Director, Medical Evidence Generation, Immunology - Hampton, NJ

Role: Senior Director, Medical Evidence Generation, Immunology, leading strategic evidence plans to support Celldex’s immunology portfolio, including late-stage development and commercialization activities. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated evidence generation strategies, oversee post-marketing Ph3b/Ph4 studies, collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, HEOR, Regulatory, and external partners; lead evidence planning for pipeline assets like barzolvolimab; monitor scientific trends; ensure compliance and scientific rigor; support dissemination through publications and scientific engagements. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, MD, or similar advanced degree; 10+ years in biotech/pharma, with 5+ years supporting evidence generation and Medical Affairs research; immunology, allergy, or inflammation experience essential; strong trial design, biostatistics, and evidence methodology knowledge; proven leadership in matrixed environments; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
