Sr Director, Medical Affairs - Respiratory

Role: Senior Director, Medical Affairs - Respiratory, leading global medical strategy and planning for respiratory therapies. Responsibilities: develop and implement cohesive medical plans aligned with launch milestones, provide medical leadership across functions (medical strategy, communications, HEOR, field medical), build external relationships with key thought leaders, define data generation and publication strategies, develop engagement plans, and manage budgets. Requirements: MD with pulmonology/respiratory expertise, 8+ years in pharma/biotech, leadership experience in Medical Affairs, knowledge of medical planning, and launch experience. Preferred: board-certified pulmonologist, ILD/IPF experience, global/regional exposure.
