Role: Senior Medical Director responsible for developing and executing the medical strategy for metabolic programs, including obesity and type 2 diabetes. Responsibilities: lead scientific engagement, build relationships with KOLs, represent the company at medical forums, support evidence generation through investigator-initiated trials, and inform clinical development and lifecycle management. Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, commercial, and market access teams; ensure scientific accuracy and compliance in communications. Requirements: MD, PharmD, or PhD with 10+ years in biotech/pharma, with strong expertise in metabolic diseases, especially obesity and diabetes; prior Medical Director experience in Medical Affairs preferred. Skills: deep scientific knowledge in metabolism, protocol design in incretin therapies, excellent communication, leadership, and strategic execution abilities.
