Senior Director, IT – Global Commercial Digital Services (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite, Parsippany, NJ)
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of global Commercial Digital platforms: CRM (Veeva preferred; Salesforce/Vault as applicable), Multichannel Marketing (approved email/web/campaign management), Omnichannel Customer Management & orchestration.
- Integrate with Veeva Vault (PromoMats, MedComms) and related content ecosystems; drive global standardization with compliant regional flexibility.
- Lead transformation to Next-Gen Pharma CRM: AI-enabled next-best-action/recommendations, scalable personalization within regulatory constraints, and orchestration across field and digital channels.
- Enable closed-loop, consent-driven engagement and HCP journey optimization; partner with Data/Analytics/AI to activate insights.
- Lead global delivery teams (onshore/offshore/near-shore); govern vendors/system integrators; establish delivery rigor using Agile, DevSecOps, and validated practices.
- Partner with Global Commercial/Marketing/Digital/Analytics leaders; communicate roadmaps, risks, compliance posture, and business value.
- Ensure platforms meet GxP, validation, data privacy, consent, and security; support audit readiness and stability/performance/user adoption.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related (Master’s or MBA preferred); 15+ years IT experience with significant leadership in Pharma Commercial IT.
- Proven hands-on leadership delivering global CRM (Veeva/Salesforce preferred) and multichannel/omnichannel marketing.
- Strong knowledge of pharma commercial operations; promotional/content workflows; consent, data privacy, and regulatory constraints.
- Experience with global teams, complex vendors, and large-scale business-critical regulated programs.
