Summary of Position:
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR leadership and support to US & Global Operations teams. Acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering HR advice and solutions that enable business strategies through effective people processes. Drives talent, culture, change management, and operational excellence; delivers HR programs/services including leadership, talent acquisition and talent management (employee development, coaching, compensation processes, performance management, organization and change management). Leads Employee Relations processes for effective management, conflict resolution, and problem solving.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership and expert guidance for all people processes.
- Define, build, and implement value-added HR strategies and solutions; advise leaders on organization design, development, and change leadership.
- Partner with Talent teams to deliver people/talent strategy for US & Global Operations (attraction, development, retention aligned to growth, capability needs, and corporate strategy).
- Partner with HR specialist functions to deliver HR solutions and roll out programs that enhance engagement and change initiatives.
- Implement/manage key HR processes, including year-end performance management (assessment, calibration, compensation planning).
- Manage employee relations issues; identify and implement appropriate actions/accountability.
- Coach managers on employee behavior and performance; support performance feedback/action plans including corrective/disciplinary actions.

Candidate Requirements:
- 10 years’ experience (or equivalent) in HR business partnering, employee relations, or related discipline; deep understanding of biotech/pharma; experience partnering with field-based commercial organizations required.
- Experience developing and implementing HR plans/strategies supporting US & global operations.
- Expertise in talent management, succession planning, leadership/employee development, employee relations/engagement, data & analytics, diversity & inclusion.
- Strong experience with culture/change management or organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated employee relations expertise; strong judgment; analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling key messages.
- Experience leading large-scale projects; comfortable driving change and innovation amid ambiguity/complexity.
- Values-driven leader able/willing to work at all levels.

Compensation:
- $265,000 - $300,000 a year
