Summary of Position:
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR leadership and support to the Research & Development and Tech Ops & Quality organizations. The role drives talent, culture, change management, and operational excellence, including employee relations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR leadership and expert guidance for all people processes to deliver HR programs and services.
- Define, build, and implement value-added HR strategies and solutions; advise on complex issues related to organization design, development, and change leadership.
- Partner with Talent teams to deliver people and talent strategy, including attraction, development, and retention aligned with growth objectives and capability needs.
- Partner with HR specialist functions to provide HR solutions and roll out programs that enhance employee engagement and organization change initiatives.
- Implement and manage key HR processes, including year-end performance management (performance assessment, calibration, and compensation planning).
- Lead employee relations processes to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement appropriate action and accountability practices.
- Coach managers on employee behavior and performance, including performance feedback/action plans and corrective/disciplinary actions.

Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience (or equivalent education and HR business partnering experience) with deep understanding of biotech/pharma.
- Experience developing and implementing HR plans/strategies supporting R&D functions (must).
- Expertise in talent management, succession planning, leadership, employee development, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Strong experience in culture and change management/organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Demonstrated employee relations expertise, judgment, and analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages.
- Experience leading large-scale projects; comfort driving change in ambiguity.
- Values-driven leader able to work at all levels.

Compensation:
- $265,000 - $300,000 a year.
