Sr Director, Global Public Affairs, Inflammation

Role: Senior Director, Global Public Affairs, Inflammation, spearheading strategic communications and advocacy for Gilead's inflammation research, portfolio, and initiatives. Responsibilities: develop global stakeholder engagement, shape external messaging, influence policy and public perception, collaborate across functions (Medical Affairs, Policy, Commercial, Research), lead issue management, and oversee reputation and narrative strategies to elevate Gilead’s leadership in inflammation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 14+ years in healthcare public relations, communications or related fields; advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) preferred. Skills: exceptional storytelling, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and experience managing public health issues; familiarity with biopharma regulations and advocacy. Preferred: background in virology or inflammation, experience with complex global stakeholder engagement, and influencing senior leadership.
