Role: Serve as the primary Ethics & Compliance (E&C) contact for Global Government Affairs and Import/Export/Trade Compliance, while supporting the Global Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure Program. Responsibilities: Manage COI program operations, including policy updates, technology enhancements, training, and investigations; ensure system integrity; lead global SME activities; support compliance with regulations such as export controls and lobbying laws; collaborate cross-functionally with legal, regulatory, medical, and finance teams; lead risk assessments and monitor external trends. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; 5+ years in Ethics and Compliance, including 3+ years in government/lobbying or trade compliance; authorization to work in the US. Preferred: experience with conflict-of-interest systems (e.g., Lextegrity), JD or law degree, proven integrity, strategic influence, and ability to operate across borders. High-Value: healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience, focus on compliance in government affairs, trade, and conflict of interest management. Work setup: Full-time, remote-based with some cross-functional collaboration.
