Sr. Director, Global Business Operations - Advanced Capabilities COE

Role: Senior Director, Global Business Operations leading the Advanced Capabilities Center of Excellence (COE) and Incubator at Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on digital innovation within Finance. Responsibilities: define strategic roadmaps for performance reporting and analytics; lead technology pilots, including GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics; oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products; establish and manage a Hyderabad-based data science team; drive data and digital strategy; partner with BI&T for technology development; and ensure operational sustainability and governance. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree mandatory; 12+ years in Finance or BI/Analytics; 5+ years leading cross-functional portfolios; strong understanding of digital finance solutions, data platforms, and product management; proven experience with offshore/nearshore operational models, preferably Hyderabad; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
