Sr. Director, Global Assistant Controller & Finance Operations

Role: Senior Finance Leader supporting the Vice President, Allergan Aesthetics Controller, overseeing global financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and operational finance teams for the Aesthetics Business Unit. Responsibilities include managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes per GAAP, enhancing internal controls, leading global financial planning processes, and providing analysis for strategic decision-making. The role also involves leading finance operations such as pricing strategy, procure-to-pay, and sales & operations planning, as well as driving finance transformation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams. Requirements: 15+ years in finance/accounting, Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, proven leadership in complex environments, pharma or consumer goods finance experience, strong communication skills, and ability to influence senior management. Preferred: MBA or CPA, familiarity with pharma pricing dynamics, and experience with automated financial systems.
