Sr. Director, Field Reimbursement - West

Role: Senior Director, Field Reimbursement – West, leading regional Field Reimbursement Managers to execute market access strategies for uro-oncology products. Responsibilities: recruit, develop, and coach the team; translate national access strategies into regional plans; monitor performance and optimize execution; collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Sales, and Patient Support; ensure compliance with laws and policies. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in market access, reimbursement, or biotech/pharma commercialization, with 3+ years of people-management experience; strong knowledge of Medicare Part B, patient access services, and reimbursement practices; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ~50% travel. Preferred: advanced degree; experience with complex billing, payer environments, and specialty products in urology or oncology; leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
