Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the future direction of the U.S. TTR Franchise, supporting strategic direction and in-field execution plans.
- Lead a team of ~5β6 Regional Business Directors (RBDs), building teams and delivering patient and business value.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds targets while meeting all compliance expectations.
- Develop a zone strategic plan outlining objectives, competencies, and capabilities.
- Lead pre-launch and launch planning to support maximum uptake at approval.
- Provide input to incentive compensation design and partner to establish call plans, targets, expectations, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Sales training leadership to develop coaching frameworks and field capability.
- Collaborate with IDN team, U.S. Marketing, Market Access, Patient Support Services, Business Operations, U.S. Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance to support the field; monitor progress and drive course correction.
- Define U.S. targets/objectives, support KPIs, and monitor/adjust incentives and metrics.
- Conduct field visits and lead regional/national meetings to align teams and define actions.
- Recruit and onboard Business Account Executives (BAEs) with RBDs.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
- 13+ years U.S. leadership experience in sales/marketing/commercial operations/account management (commercial healthcare).
- BA/BS required.
- MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD).
- Preferred: second-line management and U.S. Specialty product launch experience.
- Strongly preferred: experience beyond sales (marketing, market access, patient services).
- Preferred: Buy/Bill knowledge and Part B & D expertise; required: ability to work compliantly with case management and field reimbursement.
- Familiarity with biotech/pharma legal/regulatory environment.
- Experience in network operating model.
- Track record driving accountability; strong planning/prioritization/organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex messages and tailor to audiences.
- Comfortable traveling ~50%; meetings in Cambridge, MA.
- Valid U.S. driverβs license.
- Demonstrated ethics and integrity.

U.S. Pay Range
- $242,300.00 - $327,800.00
