Sr. Director, Corp Dev & Licensing

Role: Senior Director, Corporate Development & Licensing (BD&L), a senior individual contributor responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic licensing and acquisition deals to expand ANI Pharmaceuticals' rare disease portfolio and commercial presence. Responsibilities: lead deal origination through industry engagement, assess opportunities via scientific, commercial, and financial due diligence, structure and negotiate deal terms, prepare executive and Board presentations, and support post-transaction integration. Requirements: minimum 10 years in pharma BD, licensing, investment banking, or corporate development; proven track record closing deals from term sheet to close; bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, MD, PhD) preferred; strong financial modeling and strategic synthesis skills; experience engaging with C-level executives and Boards. HighValue: focus on rare disease, oncology, or specialty therapeutics; experience with licensing, acquisitions, or collaborations; familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways (IND/NDA/ANDA); knowledge of deal structures for branded or complex generics; established industry relationships preferred. WorkSetup: hybrid (3 days onsite), with 30–40% travel including domestic and international conferences, site visits, and partner meetings.
