Sr Director, Commercial Finance

Role: Senior Director, Commercial Finance — a strategic leadership position supporting the commercialization of psychedelic and neuropsychiatric therapeutics in a biotech setting. Responsibilities: serve as the primary finance partner to Commercial leadership, leading planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis; develop revenue models, demand forecasts, and market assessments; support commercial readiness, resource allocation, and product launch strategies; create KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools; and prepare strategic presentations for executives and boards. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred; 10+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A and commercial finance leadership in pharma, biotech, or life sciences; strong expertise in product launch support, revenue forecasting, market access, and gross-to-net modeling; excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills; experience in high-growth, dynamic environments.
