Sr Dir, Enterprise AI Adoption & Transformation

Role: Senior Director of Enterprise AI Adoption & Transformation leading enterprise-wide generative AI integration at 3M. Responsibilities: develop AI adoption strategy, serve as product leader for AI employee experience, identify high-impact use cases across functions (R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, etc.), translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, facilitate adoption patterns, lead executive demos and AI showcases, build AI champion communities, collaborate on secure platform integration, influence AI platform roadmap, and measure business impact. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technology field; 12+ years in digital transformation, product management, or enterprise innovation within private, public, or military sectors; deep expertise in generative AI concepts, AWS AI services, enterprise AI platforms, and data environments. Preferred: experience deploying AI at enterprise scale, leading cross-functional initiatives, strong executive communication, and influencing without authority. HighValue: focus on generative AI, large language models, retrieval augmented generation, AI agents, enterprise search, knowledge management, and AWS services; role involves significant cross-functional and executive stakeholder collaboration.
